Smash Kabob – Authentic Halal Afghan Food Truck in Taylorsville, UT

We visited there for the Halal food and we enjoyed our food so much that we ordered again for to go as well. We had smash kabob platter and paratha smash burgers. It was so fulfilling and tasty. The service was great and we will definitely go there again. Their packaging was very nice that can keep the good warm.

This is by far the most scrumptious Halal Afghan food you will ever come across. It is the most mouth watering,juicy,most tender kabob. My highly recommended choice is the chicken and beef kabob it has the most completely magnificent taste. This beautiful family owned food truck is highly recommended. Daily fresh home style food. You will absolutely be back for more. Definitely give it 12/10.

Saw this food truck and decided to try. 11/10! We got the chicken skewer platter and smash kabob combo. $40 for tons of food. The food was fresh and flavorful and Yousaf was very kind! My husband loved the chai! Will return soon!

The food is exceptional tasting and they give you a lot of food for the cost. The food also comes out in an insulated to go bag. It kept my meal warm all the way home. I will be eating here again.

Delicious Food & Great Service! This Halal food truck never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I tried the smash kebabs with rice and salad — everything was seasoned just right, and the portion size was more than enough. Their wraps and burgers are also amazing — juicy, loaded, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. Definitely one of the best Halal spots I’ve tried. I’ll keep coming back!

Food is so flavorful! Spicy for me, but so damm good. The sauce that comes with the chicken meal, is what was spicy. Chicken is moist, cooked perfectly. Wish there was more lettuce in the meal. Wait is very long (15-20 min), but I appreciated the cooking time to ensure everything was cooked properly and well. The truck operator said TO ORDER AHEAD SO EVERYTHING IS READY UPON ARRIVAL. I will do that next time. THE TRUCK KITCHEN LOOKS SO CLEAN! I have OCD so I analyze and freak over everything. This place is clean, the operator/cook looked well put together in uniform, clean uniform, and he was wearing an ear piece rather than touching his phone and the food, I also noticed he changed gloves, and food is cooked well through! I paid $20 for food in photos, came with 2 souffle cups of sauce.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out this amazing kebab food truck, and I can’t recommend it enough! The kebab plate was absolutely delicious, with perfectly seasoned meat and fresh, fluffy rice. The mango lassi was the perfect refreshing drink to go along with it. I even visited from San Francisco, and despite the many options there, I can confidently say this is one of the best kebabs I’ve had so far. The service was friendly and very welcoming. If you’re in the area, definitely give this spot a try!

This food is incredible! Superb quality, delicious spices, tender chicken, rice to die for. Definitely will be back! Service is also top notch. Very friendly and generous. Such a great surprise!
